Sidearm Elite ball thrower

Takes a little getting used to, but when you’ve mastered the technique, delivers good batting practice. I used it for 2 hrs and no shoulder problems. I would have given it 5 stars, but if the ball rattles a little in the fixing, it doesn’t release well but stays in the head longer. Select a number of balls that fit well and no problem
