Soft ball for a Whippet!

This soft brightly coloured cricket ball is perfect for days out on the beach with our whippet! Easy for her to see and retrieve. Much better than a soggy tennis ball which is easily damaged. This is the second order we have placed as we have found Newitts are the best price.

Great for solo bowling practice

Cheap enough to buy lots so you can have a good session before having to go and fetch them, behave enough like normal balls that the practice is worthwhile and bright so easy to spot when gathering up (what do you mean, "if you were a better bowler you wouldn't have to go looking for the strays"...)

Certainly visible!!

I bought 5 of these balls for our dog as normal tennis balls are impossible to find in long grass. These however are much easier, although if the grass is very long, they will still be invisible. The other advantage is that they are easily washed and dried, whereas tennis balls remain wet and slimy, unless left in the sun to dry. Of the 5 balls I bought, one however is no longer round and has decided to turn"inside out" and now resembles more of a doughnut. Not sure what happened there; it no longer throws, but that's why only a 4 star review and not a 5. I would buy again though and recommend to other dog-owners.

Great for our dog

These balls are ideal for our German Shepherd. She loves to swim in the sea but only if I go in with her and play ball. This comprises me throwing a ball out to sea and she going out to fetch it and return it. This can last for 60-90 minutes, twice a day. We need a ball that floats, is easily seen and does not disintegrate in the water or her teeth. The windfall ball is the perfect solution.
