  I'm extremely pleased with this mat, good size,thickness and is robust and durable. I have been using it daily on concrete floor for both groundwork and standing exercises. It has proved to be of and extremely durable. For me much better than a yoga mat, meaning that stretches and movements are comfortable on hands and knees. Very easy to wipe down after use with an antibacterial spray and simple to store. Would recommend and buy again, excellent!
