I'm so pleased with this mat which I use regularly for pilates to support my head. It's also great for the plank position particularly when I need extra grip. It can also be easily rolled up & unfolded with my pilates mat. I've even taken it with me on holiday for my exercises. It was a brilliant find & such a useful piece of equipment.

Excellent travel mat

This was my second Beemat mini as I have left my original at my place of work to use and wanted a 2nd at home if required. I love this Mat as it fits in a hold-all and is big enough to cover your spine for sit-ups etc. Really useful mat for keeping fit on the go!
