I find that buying resistance bands is confusing, because there seems to be no standard colouring, and no actual numerical scales, eg pounds per square inch, to order correctly by; only words like "medium" or "heavy" That said, the green band I find very useful, and of good quality. The yellow one I bought I can't use at all. I gave it away. All companies, not only Newwitts, would do well to address standardisation
