Details

The AirBlock is stable enough for a trainer to stand on to assist athletes, light enough to take it where ever you’d like. It’s great for practicing drills, splits and conditioning exercises. The height also makes it ideal to use it as a mount to get on the beam and uneven bars. The AirBlock is even bouncier than our AirBoard. The extra height provides you with more air time, perfect for when you need that extra height to land your standing flips. In combination with the AirFloor and our back to back velcro system you will almost have a full gym set up for your home!
