Customer Reviews for Ziland Two Piece Slalom Poles 12 Pack

  • 3 out of 5 Decent quality for the price

Newitts Verified Purchase (1 May 2022)

Not the as sturdy as they should be,as the connectors often can get loose.

  • 5 out of 5 The boys love them

Newitts Verified Purchase (4 Jan 2022)

Bought these for my 11 year old Grandson who is football mad. He takes them over the park with his friends and they assure me they have great fun with them. They seem pretty robust and are good quality

  • 2 out of 5 dissapointed

Newitts Verified Purchase (18 Sep 2021)

they are a great concept, brilliant for getting in the boot, the thread to screw the poles together is very weak if the ball hits a pole the thread snaps leaving the pole usless, if the thread was metal or solid plastic would be a lot better a shame

  • 2 out of 5 2 piece pole set

Newitts Verified Purchase (3 Sep 2021)

Terrible product especially when hit by a ball and I only coach under 10s 3 of the Poles are broken already! Really disappointed.

  • 5 out of 5 Great product

Newitts Verified Purchase (31 Aug 2021)

Great poles if you have to carry your gear to training venue. Fits easily in car.

  • 2 out of 5 Nice price but not very durable.

Newitts Verified Purchase (8 Aug 2021)

Sometimes you get what you pay for and these are cheap and cheerful. Within 2 weeks three had broke, all at the joint, bad design fault if I'm honest. Might be ok for U6 or U7 teams at a push, but I'd spend a little extra and get a higher quality set of poles. Btw.... I'm not a bot!

  • 3 out of 5 Be very careful when moving these poles

Newitts Verified Purchase (4 Aug 2021)

I've only had these a couple of weeks and already 2 poles have broken. You have to be very careful when taking them out the ground as if you don't handle them correctly they snap very easily.

  • 5 out of 5 Not worth the money

Newitts Verified Purchase (31 Jul 2021)

Thin and weak joints. Broke 2 already only used twice. Product too thin and flimsy. Good price but not worth money as won't last as long. Had the diamond poles before and had for 6 years and are far better product.

  • 5 out of 5 Great bit of kit

Newitts Verified Purchase (29 Jul 2021)

This is a great bit of kit, the kids will use for training in the near future

  • 2 out of 5 Slalom Poles 12 Pack

Newitts Verified Purchase (22 Jul 2021)

Purchased these for football training after there debut the ball hit a pole which snapped at the joint the player got very upset and we had to halt our session for a period of time. I was sent a replacement pole which was fantastic but the following sessions the poles do break on the joints so I now super glue them back together each week. they are great to carry and they do the job just need to be stronger on the joints or have some kind of sleeve to distribute the impact if they get hit to make them more robust.

  • 3 out of 5 Good idea just not very robust

Newitts Verified Purchase (15 Jul 2021)

I bought these for football training thinking they would be easy to transport. Unfortunately on the first use two snapped at the plastic screw in the middle after only very very light use. The problem is the slightest vibration on the pole makes it flex in the middle and snap. They are fine it being used purely for marking an area but for the slightest of touches be cautious. I now use them purely for slalom dribbling with a big enough space between them so as to avoid the boys brushing in to them. On the plus side Newitts customer service were great and sent me 2x replacements plus 4x rigid poles as a gesture of goodwill - excellent customer experience.

  • 2 out of 5 Not great

Newitts Verified Purchase (12 Jul 2021)

1 of the poles I received was damaged and also the twist mechanism is plastic and very brittle so you have to be very careful when connecting but also when putting in the ground. Would recommend buying the longer length with no connection.

  • 5 out of 5 Saq equipment

Perfect... no problems, sturdy equipment, delivered promptly. Thanks Newitts.
