  the ear plugs do keep water out when swimming and are easy to remove have to make sure they are secure in the ear when you start

  They seem to fit my ears well, stay stable even on plus 1hr swims front crawl. Only minor issue is if used with a cap the little pull plugs stick out and press against the cap and can move the plugs out of the ear

  Having recently taken up swimming again, I have been struggling with pain in my ears. I bought the Speedo BioFUSE ear plugs and was disappointed with them because they kept falling out and were not very comfortable. I decided to try again and chose the Speedo Ergo ear plugs. These fit me a lot better, caused no irritation and didn't fall out. I appreciate that the fit is likely to vary depending on the user, but this particular set of ear plugs is a quality product for such a small cost.
