  Bought a new 5ft kick bag and in 15mins knocked it off the wall.

  Then i found and bought this bracket and no chance of that happening. It's very solid and secure and if installed correctly will not come loose or ruin a work out. Great product and well worth spending the money on a decent wall bracket for any size bag.

  would recommend atlas bolts to put up the bracket as its a very solid piece of kit and needs decent fixings
