  I’ve had a MyZone belt for years but didn’t really like the chest strap. The new Switch gives so much more flexibility and I use the wrist strap so much more.

  My MZ-3 finally died & decided to upgrade. I thought the ability to wear on wrist was great, but for CrissFit/gym it calculates 50-60% less MEPS than wearing on chest. The Newitts and MyZone support were great and after changing to only wearing around my chest all is good.

  Pros: it’s smaller tgan MZ-3, same great MyZone functions, great support
