  I bought this after using the TRX with my personal trainer. The TRX is one of the most robust pieces I have comes across (highly stable even at 118 KG). I previously used free weights and bars at the gym, but my workout style has changed with the TRX. This system also works on smaller muscles that aren't conventionally hit at the gym. Its best feature is working the core (requires balancing) with almost every exercise. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend even for experienced gymmers.

  I haven't used other brands of suspension trainer but TRX is certainly quality. I use it at home and especially when traveling. Although exercises can be learnt from pictures and apps, I found it very useful to learn the basics with guidance from personal trainer who helped me get body position correct to get the most out of it. Great complement to basic kit of dumbells & resistance bands.

  An excellent piece of kit but don't agree it can be used anywhere as you have to be able to gain access to height to afix caribiner. Not easy if you on the short side. Also foot straps are very large and not adjustable, my feet slip through when in face down positions which is frustrating and not due to wrong foot positioning.
