  I missed the fact that this was a singles headline but, since the website said it was over 14m long and it was a weekend so I couldn't change the order, I assumed it would be OK. When I tried to install the headline, I found it was indeed only long enough for a singles court and was also thinner than the 5mm stated on the website. When I contacted the company, they immediately agreed to change the 2 headlines I had received for the doubles length, acknowledged that the website information was wrong and provided a free return label. They also did this without charging the extra for the doubles version. More than fair and corrected within 24 hours. I shall use this company again!

  When the headline wire snapped on one of our relatively new tennis nets I thought the club would have to buy a whole new net. But one quick look on Newitts excellent website and a I found that a replacement headline wire was available at a very competitive price.
