  Excellent versatile product, very quick to heat in the microwave (although they initially they need 1 min instead of the 30 secs in the instructions. The 1 min heating does not cause any problem to the Kool Pak) and fairly quick cooling of 1-2 hours in the freezer. I bought two, so we have one for hot and one for cold, but soon, both were used frequently for hot therapy. Once they start to cool during hot use, a 30 sec microwave blast gets them back to the correct temperature. The inclusion of a soft cover makes the Kool Pak so comfortable and easy to use. Hewitts price and delivery cannot be beaten.
