The Bodymax Free Standing
Technique Bag is ideal for punching and kicking and is of
commercial grade quality.
The punching area is made of a highly durable
foam and comes with a PVC cover. The punch bag has a patented bag shaft
reflex system which provides elasticity when punched or kicked, but will
rebound very quickly to keep the user on their toes at all times. The
bag shaft also has its own protective cover to prevent injury. The
plastic hollow base makes the whole punch bag very stable and should be
filled with sand or water to provide extra safety and to prevent the bag
from falling over when kicked or punched.
