The XLR8® Core Balance Trainer is a half-sphere made from soft PVC set in a rigid base. It is easily inflated using a handpump and securely plugged at any level of inflation as preferred, Exercise difficulty can be adjusted by simply increasing or decreasing the amount of air in the half-sphere. Once inflated it allows workouts on static and dynamic balance, on strength and muscle toning as well as core stability. Stretching,stepping,small jumps, and balance activities are made low impact by the shock absorbing qualities of the product. Size 40cm diameter x 25cm high.
