The new Timex Target Trainer Heart Rate Monitor facilitates the very latest in Heart Rate training. It has all the feature you require when designing a program around heart rate, including interval trainers and displaying HR in percentage of mx, this HRM is a serious training monitor which as with all Timex equipment is easy to use, as well as being a very accurate and well designed sports watch.

Using Timex digital transmission this HRM protects the signal from interference by other heart rate users and electrical equipment in close proximity.
