If you are having problems paying by credit or debit card please try the following:
- Try your card again by checking out as a guest through Paypal.
- Contact your card issuing bank to find out why they are declining the payment.
- Make sure the postcode you are entering on the payment screen matches the postcode your bank has your card registered to.
If you are still having problems please email email@example.com with details of the problem and your contact telephone number and a member of our sales team will call you back.
If you believe your card has been used fraudulently
If you suspect someone has placed an order with Newitts using your credit or debit card without your authority you need to contact your card issuing bank and report the fraudulent behaviour.
Your card issuer will then be able to assist you in rectifying the situation.
